These boxes will be checked to see if they are suitable and safe for shipping, to ensure it does not impact your customer experience or condition of your items.

That’s why we provide a no-quibble 28 day free exchange service if you’ve made the wrong choice of colour, style or size and a 14 day returns policy if you’re unhappy with your order for any reason. RETURN
If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase or have changed your mind, you can return the item(s) within 14 days of receiving them. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept any returns for a refund outside of this period. You will be required to pay for courier charges. The products must be returned in its original condition (unopened and unused).Your statutory rights are not affected. In the event of a return, any vouchers claimed would be deducted from the refund total.
EXCHANGE
You can exchange an item within 28 days of receipt. There will be an additional charge for customers who require shipping new items. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept any returns for exchange outside of this period. The exchanged products must be returned in its original condition (unopened and unused).our statutory rights are not affected.
DAMAGED / FAULTY GOODS
If the purchased goods arrive damaged/faulty, please contact our customer service department as soon as you notice the damage or fault and we will be happy to arrange a replacement. All damages must be reported to us within 7 days of receiving goods. Any damage claims made outside of this period will not be upheld.
