RETURN
If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase or have changed your mind, you can return the item(s) within 14 days of receiving them. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept any returns for a refund outside of this period. You will be required to pay for courier charges. In the event of a return, any vouchers claimed would be deducted from the refund total.
EXCHANGE
You can exchange an item within 28 days of receipt. There will be an additional charge for customers who require shipping new items. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept any returns for exchange outside of this period. DAMAGED / FAULTY GOODS
If the purchased goods arrive damaged/faulty, please contact our customer service department as soon as you notice the damage or fault and we will be happy to arrange a replacement. All damages must be reported to us within 7 days of receiving goods. Any damage claims made outside of this period will not be upheld.
