RETURN

EXCHANGE

You can exchange an item within 28 days of receipt. There will be an additional charge for customers who require shipping new items. DAMAGED / FAULTY GOODS

If the purchased goods arrive damaged/faulty, please contact our customer service department as soon as you notice the damage or fault and we will be happy to arrange a replacement. All damages must be reported to us within 7 days of receiving goods. Any damage claims made outside of this period will not be upheld.
